Rally for Planned Parenthood – This Saturday!
Join us Saturday, September 6th, from 9–11 AM as we rally in support of Planned Parenthood! Wear pink if you can, and bring your usual rally signs - Planned Parenthood signs are especially encouraged. Let’s show strong, visible support for reproductive health and rights.

Help Stop Trump & Texas-Style Gerrymandering — Support Prop 50!
Prop 50 is our chance to fight back against Republican gerrymandering in states like Texas and take back U.S. House seats from Trump’s allies. This November, Californians can lead the way — but we need boots on the ground.

New Location - North SLO County Association of Realtors 1101-A Riverside Ave, Paso Robles. Same date, Wednesday September 17 at 6pm. Guest speaker will be the San Luis Obispo Council of Government to talk about what they do to support our community

Executive Board Elections
Executive Board Nominations Open!
We’ll be taking nominations for all Executive Board positions at our October meeting, with voting to take place in November. Newly elected officers will begin their roles in January 2026.
All positions are open, and we’re excited to see new people step up and get involved! If you’ve ever thought about joining the leadership team, now is the perfect time.
The positions up for election are:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Membership
- Secretary
- Parliamentarian
- Community Watch – School Board
- Community Watch – City Council
- ECHO Committee Lead
- Membership Outreach
- Fundraising & Events
If you have questions about what these roles involve, please ask us at the next meeting or email us anytime. Don’t be shy, we welcome your interest and are happy to share more information. We’re not “stuck” in our positions; in fact, we want more people in the fold and are eager to welcome new energy and ideas!
Chili Cook-off and Fundraiser
Show off your secret recipe, earn bragging rights, and help support local Democratic candidates, causes, and nonprofits. Whether it’s spicy, smoky, or sweet, your chili could be the crowd favorite!
Submit your name by October 11th to be a competitor in the Chili Cookoff. There is NO cost to enter your chili into the competition.
TICKET cost to attend the Fundraiser is $50
Saturday, October 25th
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Location: Private Residence in Paso Robles. Address given upon ticket purchase.
